It is there that he trained at esteemed establishments such as Neta, 15 East, Shuko, and most notably at Nakazawa under the tutelage of sushi virtuoso Chef Daisuke Nakazawa. Now, as a private chef, he offers discerning diners an intimate culinary journey, curating omakase menus that showcase the finest ingredients and his unwavering commitment to culinary excellence.
