Chef Daniel Ganem

We’re excited to welcome Chef Ganem to our team at Little Palm Island Resort & Spa. He is truly a culinary visionary, most recognized for fusing international flavors and techniques in his award-winning cuisine, Ganem will bring a combination of diverse and extensive experience, fine dining familiarity and leadership skills to The Dining Room.

With more than 20 years of professional culinary experience and kitchen management, Chef Ganem has an established history of success in hotel and resort restaurants all over the world. Graduating from the Le Cordon Bleu Orlando Culinary Academy, Ganem began his career working under world-renowned chefs and at award-winning restaurants, both domestically and internationally, including Martin Berasategui’s eponymous 3 Michelin Star-rated restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain; James Beard award-winning Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak at The Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort; and Michael Scwartz’s restaurant at The Raleigh Hotel in Ganem’s home of Miami.

Ganem most recently held the positions of executive chef and chef de cuisine for a Forbes 4 Star, AAA 4 Diamond-rated hotel where he managed four restaurants, including an award-winning steak and seafood fine-dining steakhouse as well as 20,000 square feet of event and banquet space.
