Inclusive of 30 one-bedroom oceanfront bungalows nestled along crushed seashell paths beneath swaying palms, your island buyout can accommodate up to 60 guests. Luxuriously appointed, each thatched roof, West Indies-inspired suite features a king bed, separate living areas and private indoor and outdoor showers.

Added Experiences
Guests who have “Bought the Island” for their exclusive getaways have always embraced our over-the-top approach to celebrations. Many guests already have fantastic ideas that we bring to life, but we encourage them to dream the unimaginable!
Past added experiences have resulted in “butterflies and goosebumps” for our guests and employees. We have curated sprawling sand sculptures that soar up to 10 feet high. For the wedding of a prominent French businessman and his fiancé from New York, the sand sculptures featured the Empire State Building and the Eiffel Tower. Other guests have chosen extravagant fireworks displays emulating our tropical landscape, including massive palm trees. For a couple celebrating their milestone anniversary, we transformed our massive sunset dock into a full casino. We constructed an aisle and alter that stretched far into the ocean for a vibrant Miami couple. We must admit, there is one experience that required significant logistical planning, but was wildly impressive. As the culmination to his wife’s birthday party, a particularly generous husband had us deliver an uber-luxurious vintage sportscar to our island via a special barge!

Explore the Florida Keys archipelago to the fullest with off-island excursions such as a seaplane day trip to the Dry Tortugas, sailing and scuba trips, or an adrenaline-pumping sky dive featuring spectacular birds eye views.
Impactful Indulgence
Enjoy our iconic four-acre adults-only property unto yourselves, while giving back to the surrounding ecosystem within which our island sits. In partnership with MOTE Marine Labs – a Florida Keys based nonprofit marine research institution – guests can experience a first-hand look into ocean conservation while taking a half-day excursion with a MOTE Marine scientist to ‘plant’ coral and help with reef restoration. Once planted, the coral is named in the primary guest’s name, coordinates will be recorded, and an annual video of the coral will be provided to share an update on its growth. A truly incredible experience!
The island-buyout is available for up to 60 guests and includes:
- Luxurious accommodations in thatched-roof bungalow suites – featuring plush interiors, spacious verandas, and both indoor and outdoor soaking tubs and showers – including 16 Island Escape Suites, 10 Island Romance Suites, 2 Island Grand Suites and 2 Island Premier Suites.
- World-class dining, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- VIP excursion for primary and several of their guests with MOTE Marine scientist to plant coral, name it and collect data on coordinates for annual update.
- Direct access to SpaTerre to indulge in sustainable facial and massage treatments such as an Organic Slimming Seaweed Leaf Wrap that utilizes hand-harvested seaweed leaves.
- Curated welcome amenities for each suite featuring premium Nicolas Feuillatte champagne and nightly turndown service.
- Complimentary daily water sports rentals including kayaks, paddle boards, Boston Whaler boats, and snorkel equipment.
- Complimentary dockage for up to 5 yachts.
- Transportation to and from the island via nostalgic Chris-Craft boats.
This exclusive 3-night stay starts at $300,000 and includes a $5,000 nightly donation made to MOTE Marine in the primary guest’s name.
