SpaTerre is Little Palm Island’s spa, set in a two-story open-air atrium with a central water feature and open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Treatments draw on native botanicals and ocean-inspired rituals, and the wellness programming continues outside with beach yoga, guided meditation, and paddleboard fitness. The fitness center sits above the shoreline and is open daily until 9 p.m. Because this is a small adults-only island of 30 suites, the setting stays genuinely quiet. It includes an 80-minute couple's massage, the Couple’s Sundarya Love Bath and the Couple’s Sundarya Love Body Polish, and you can add a heart-opening meditation and a couple’s grounding shirodhara to complete the Heart Chakra Ritual. Morning Yoga runs every Wednesday and every Saturday from 10:00 to 10:50 a.m. at SpaTerre, a gentle and energizing practice. Beyond the weekly class the program includes guided meditation, beach yoga, paddleboard fitness, personal training, sound therapy and acupuncture, all arranged through the spa. The fitness center sits above the shoreline with ocean light on three sides and is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and access to it is covered by the resort fee. Everything in the wellness program sits on top of that: SpaTerre treatments and packages, personal training and the arranged mindfulness sessions.
