October Asado Dining Experience

Rooted in the spirit of Argentine asado, a tradition centered on open-fire cooking, slow-roasted meats and convivial gathering, this immersive dining experience celebrates the ritual of fire, flavor and togetherness.

The evening begins on the beach, where guests are welcomed with signature cocktails and passed canapés as the Asado Grill comes to life nearby. Over glowing embers and open flame, the evening’s dinner slowly roasts in view, creating a sense of anticipation as the sun begins to set.

Guests then transition to the Monkey Hut, where a beautifully set communal table awaits. The experience unfolds as a five-course, family-style menu designed for sharing, conversation and connection — an elevated island interpretation of a time-honored culinary tradition.
