About The Dining Room
Refined yet relaxed, our Little Palm Island restaurant is awash in West Indies charm and island breezes. Vaulted ceilings, beachside dining, and sweeping ocean views set the scene for service that is intuitive, gracious and deeply personal.

Executive Chef Rodrigo Albornoz
With 15 years of culinary expertise and award recognitions, Chef Albornoz has brought a wealth of knowledge, passion and creativity to the Little Palm Island Dining Room. Chef Albornoz boasts an impressive achievement of confirming a Michelin star in 2024 for Fiola – a restaurant located in Washington, D.C. – placing the establishment as one of the top Italian restaurants in the world. Chef Albornoz came to Little Palm Island after serving in an executive leadership role at The Confidante Hotel in Miami where he consistently delivered innovative menu development and dedication to culinary excellence. He began his career at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami followed by Fox’s Sherron Inn. He also served as an in-home Executive Chef in the private residences of Palazzo Del Sol at Fisher Island and, previously, with the Four Seasons at The Surf Club – each experience honing his passion for crafting Italian and American contemporary cuisine.

Beluga Caviar Deluxe Experience
The exclusive caviar experience is curated to deliver an unforgettable tasting journey at our Little Palm restaurant. This rare Malossol Caviar comes from American-farmed purebred Beluga (Huso Huso) sturgeon. Its large, firm, medium-gray pearls are packed with a deliciously buttery, creamy, nutty taste that provides a unique, full-flavored finish, served in a custom crafted Caviar chest.
