Each evening, we gather in the infamous Monkey Hut for featured cocktails, Chef’s delicious small plate menu, music, conversation, and stunning views. It’s no secret that one of our earliest and famous guests enjoyed a cocktail or two. President Harry Truman would have joined us for this nightly ritual!
