Chef’s Table

The Chef’s Table is an elegant enclave positioned discreetly in the award-winning kitchen of our dining room.

Chef Roly Cruz and his team of culinary professionals personally attend to and interact with every dinner guest. A five to seven course dinner experience is prepared using the freshest ingredients and local fare, all in award winning style. Dinners are also offered with wine pairings from our enviable selection. Chef’s Table private dining is an exclusive look in to one of the world’s top restaurants. Due to dedicated preparation time, the Chef’s Table experience is available on specific nights. This dining option can accommodate 2-10 guests. Only one seating is available per evening and advance reservations are required.

5-Course dinner:
$165.00 per person
7-Course dinner: $195.00 per person

*Prices are subject to 7.5% tax and 20% service. If you are on the Full American plan there will be a reduction of $95.00 per person to these prices. $300.00 set up fee will be applied for parties of 2 to 4 people, $400.00 for 6 people, $600.00 for 7 to 10 people. There is a four hour cancellation fee of $150.00.
