Deposit & Payments
A two-night advance deposit is required to confirm your reservation. When reserving a package, a 50% deposit is required. When reserving our Get Lost Package or special promotions, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Early Departure
Because of our limited size, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Cancellations and changes made 31 days or more prior to arrival will result in a refund of your advance deposit. Cancellations and changes made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of your two-night advance deposit (when reserving a package the entire advance deposit is non-refundable.) All deposits are non-transferable to alternate dates, however you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your intended stay. If you cancel your reservation, be sure to note your cancellation number for your records. Please note, that our Get Lost Package and special promotions are completely non-refundable.
Should you not show up for your intended visit, your entire advance deposit will be retained. If you cancel your reservation, be sure to note your cancellation number for your records.
Due to the remote location of our Island, we recommend our Full Meal Plan, which includes breakfast, up to three courses for lunch and up to four courses for dinner daily for $195 per person, per day, plus 7.5% tax and a 20% service charge. Surcharges may apply on some special menu items, winemaker’s dinners and holiday menus. Once you select a meal plan, we ask that you remain on the same plan for the duration of your stay. We encourage you to make dinner reservations in advance of your stay by calling 305-872-2551.
All of our suites are non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke on the outdoor veranda of their suite. There is no smoking in The Dining Room.
We do not permit children under the age of 16 on the Island.
We do not permit pets on the Island.
Telephones & Televisions
To enhance your experience, telephones and televisions are intentionally absent from our suites. Each suite is equipped with a phone that connects to several in-house island amenities. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available in the Great Room. A television is available in the Great Room.
Tax & Gratuities
Your suite rate is subject to 12.5% tax. A 10% resort fee will be added to your suite or dockage rate. All a la carte food and alcoholic beverages are subject to 7.5% tax and 20% service.
Dress on the Island is casual, however when in The Dining Room, gentlemen are asked to wear a collared shirt. Swimsuits are not allowed in The Dining Room and for your safety, shoes are required.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm.
Due to the limited number of suites, we regret that we cannot guarantee suite assignments, however we will try to accommodate your request.
We encourage you to make spa reservations in advance by calling 305-515-3028.
We do not permit personal coolers on the Island. All food and beverage consumed in public areas must be purchased from Little Palm Island.
We provide motor yacht service to the Island from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Should you need service before or after this time, you may incur a Captain’s fee.
