View More FAQsTo secure your desired time, make your SpaTerre reservation early by calling 305.422.4235 (in house 221) or emailing [email protected]. All spa services can be billed to your room or paid for with a major credit card. If you would like to request a particular therapist, please let us know when you book your spa appointment.
To cancel without charge, please give us 24 hours’ notice. You will be charged the full price of your spa service if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time or fail to show up. Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of its value. We will make every attempt to fill your vacant appointment time, and will not charge you if we are able to do so.
Please arrive 5-to-10 minutes prior to your spa appointment time. Feel free to arrive in your bathrobe and sandals, or in whatever is comfortable. If you arrive late for your spa service, your treatment will be modified. All spa treatments end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
There is a 22% service charge added for your convenience as a gratuity, which may be adjusted at your discretion.
