The new Chef’s Table is an elegant enclave positioned discreetly in the award-winning kitchen of the Dining Room at Little Palm Island. Chef Luis Pous will attend personally to the couple, preparing and presenting a 5 or 7-course tasting menu paired with his selection of wine. Guests love the interaction with the Executive Chef and his culinary team and the comments have been incredibly positive.
The Chef’s Table offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Chef’s Table is available nightly (except Sunday) for up to four people. Only one seating is available per evening where the chef and sous chef serve a 5 or 7-course meal amid lots of action in the kitchen. Advance reservations are required.
