Our tropical Island is located just 28 miles from the Key West Airport, or 120 miles from Miami International, but feels worlds away from the everyday. To begin the adventure, your guests will board a mahogany motor yacht and glide across the waters of the Atlantic to our Island floating in the Florida Straights.

Upon arrival you may forget you are in Florida and think you landed on an island in the South Pacific. With soaring Jamaican palm trees, a sweep of powdersoft sand, and thatched-roof bungalows peeking through the lush foliage, this is a true getaway.

With only 30 one-bedroom suites, we keep it intimate. Twenty-eight of our suites are housed in authentic thatched-roof bungalows and yes, they are air-conditioned! Each is one bedroom with a kingsize bed, separate living room, private indoor and outdoor shower and balcony perched above the ocean. For the guests of honor, we offer two exclusive Island Grand Suites, boasting his and hers bathrooms, separate dining area, expansive front porch with hot tub and the Island's best sunset views.

Activities abound both on land or by sea. SpaTerre, our Indonesian-inspired spa offers a full array of services. Our Dive Shop introduces guests to the wonders of Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary and our local wreck dives. Hit the beach and find complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, water bikes, Boston Whalers and beach floats. Play a game of chess or checkers on our outdoor lifesize chess set. Explore the waters of the back-country with a flats fishing trip - a must if you travel to the Keys! Or venture off shore for a challenging day of deep sea fishing. Historic Key West is just a short drive away and a perfect way to spend an afternoon shopping and sightseeing.

Details you will need to know...
We can accommodate groups up to 10 suites. For gatherings larger than that, we request you reserve the entire Island. We do have a three-night minimum stay requirement, but who would want to visit Paradise for less than three days? We welcome children 16 years of age and older unless you are reserving the entire Island. Sorry, no pets are permitted. Televisions, telephones and alarm clocks are purposefully absent from our suites. You are here to forget the everyday, so cell phones and lap tops are virtually banned from the Island. We do not offer any official meeting space, but we do have a library that could be used for a small gathering. The room is set up like a living room with couches and chairs – you won't find a board table on Little Palm Island.!

What does this all cost? Well, the rates are dependant upon the time of year you wish to travel. Our packages includes motor yacht transfers to/from the Island, accommodations, welcome bottle of champagne, three gourmet meals daily including breakfast, lunch and dinner, all nonalcoholic beverages, all water-sport amenities, nightly turndown and the finest service available anywhere.

In addition, there will be a daily Exclusivity Fee charged. This fee enables us to close our marina, dining room and spa to other visitors, so you truly own the entire Island.
