Savor the culinary artistry of renowned Chef Wei, as he presents his Omawei experience at Little Palm Island for an exclusive four-week residency beginning May 1st, 2025. Journey through an interactive chef-curated Japanese tasting menu that showcases Chef Wei’s mastery of the delicate balance of flavors and textures that define the omakase experience. Each dining experience will feature an array of small plates using the finest ingredients, modern innovation and timeless tradition.
Chef Wei’s passion for gastronomy was cultivated in the diverse culinary landscape of New York City. It is there that he trained at esteemed establishments such as Neta, 15 East, Shuko, and most notably at Nakazawa under the tutelage of sushi virtuoso Chef Daisuke Nakazawa.
As the experience takes place outdoors, we kindly ask our guests to dress accordingly. We are happy to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions with advanced notice.

Our exclusive caviar experience is curated to deliver an unforgettable tasting journey. This rare Malossol Caviar comes from American-farmed purebred Beluga (Huso huso) sturgeon. Its large, firm, medium gray pearls are packed with a deliciously buttery, creamy, nutty taste that provides a unique, full-flavored finish, served in a custom crafted Caviar chest.
