The Dining Room: Think of it as paradise for your palate.
Some of the world's finest cuisine can be experienced right here, in the resort's own Dining Room. Lead by Executive Chef Luis Pous and his culinary team, we are proud to have been recently recognized as the Best Hotel Dining in Florida and Number Three in the US by Zagat. The 2010 Zagat rated The Dining Room "extraordinary to perfection" in every category - Food, Decor and Service. They said "Lover's laud this exquisite oasis at a private island resort off Little Torch Key as a piece of absolute paradise, voting it Top Decor in the Keys; words cannot do justice either to the French-Pan-Latin fare." "The gracious staff and marvelous setting make it well worth the cost."
The eclectic, enticing and seasonally fresh menu, termed Modern Tropical Cuisine, is a vibrant blend of French and Pan Latin flavors. How does an appetizer of yellowtail snapper ceviche with passion fruit and coconut gelee sound? Continue with a main course of roasted pork tenderloin with corn, black bean, sweet plantain and bacon hash served with a mango mojo.
Each entrée is a work of art in itself, so it is only fitting that the Dining Room be appointed with fine oil and acrylic paintings from regional artists. Experience our Florida Keys restaurant's candlelit ambiance indoors, or opt for a table on our breezy terrace overlooking the beach. We also offer several private dining options. Select the private Palapa Point Gazebo or our Harbor Point Beach dining table for the ultimate romantic evening. There is a $300 set up fee (this does not include food) for both the Palapa Point Gazebo and Harbor Point Beach tables for two people. You will have a private server and select your dinner off the nightly menu. Another grand option is our Chef''s Table. This is an in-kitchen dining experience where you will interact with our Executive Chef and his culinary team. There is a $300 set up fee for the Chef's Table for two and the cost does not include food.
Resort guests are welcome to select our Full Meal Plan which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for $175 per person, per day (plus 7.5% tax and 20% service) or dine on an a la carte basis.
Off-island guests are welcome to join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch. Reservations are required. The Dining Room at Little Palm island welcomes children 16 years of age and older.
