Cancellation & Early Departure Because of our limited size, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Cancellations and changes made 15 days prior to arrival or more will result in a $100 service charge. (Beginning January 1, 2008 cancellations will result in a $100 service charge, per night cancelled) Cancellations and changes made 14 days prior to arrival or less will result in the forfeiture of your two night advance deposit (when reserving a package the entire advance deposit is non-refundable.)
